Yields 6 servings
700g French beans 2 tbsp butter 1 cup radishes, sliced 1/2 cup fresh garlic, chopped 1 cup raw walnuts, coarsely chopped ½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder 1 cup goat cheese, crumbled
1. Wash and chop the French beans in half. Place into a steamer for 10-12 minutes. Set aside.
2. In a large saucepan, add the butter over medium heat. When the butter begins to melt, add the French beans and stir until all of the beans are coated with the butter.
3. Remove from heat and add radishes, garlic, walnuts and seasoning. Stir well.
4. Add the bean mixture to a large serving bowl and sprinkle the goat cheese.
5. Serve warm.
