
Ingredients
6 onions, chopped
3 garlic cloves, whole
8 red peppers
½ cup olive oil
1-2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp thyme
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
8 cups of chicken broth or vegetable broth
1 package of penne noodles
Directions:
1. Prepare your favourite penne pasta noodles.
