Yields 8 servings

Ingredients:
5 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter
8 fresh green garlic stalks, chopped
6 cups frozen green peas, thawed
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp black pepper
1 package brown rice spaghetti, cooked

Directions:
1. In a large pan, heat the olive oil and butter on medium heat just until the butter is melted.
2. Add the chopped fresh garlic and simmer for 3-4 minutes to infuse the oil with garlic.
3. Add the peas and stir until the peas are covered with oil. Continue stirring the ingredients together for 5 minutes.
4. Add the cooked spaghetti and stir all of the ingredients together.
5. Serve warm and enjoy!
