Gluten Free Apple Cinnamon Pancakes

Yields 12 pancakes


2 cups rolled oat flour

1 cup almond flour

1 tbsp baking powder

1 tbsp cinnamon

2 apples, grated

1 cup vanilla yogurt

2 eggs

1 Tsp vanilla extract


1. In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients together. Mix using a fork until ingredients are well combined.

2. On medium heat, using a non-stick pan add 1/2 cup for each pancake of the batter to the pan.

3. Cook each side of the pancake for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.

4. Drizzle with honey and almond slivers. Enjoy!
